A lightworker is someone dedicated to bringing through positive energy for the good of all. Lightworkers manage their emotions to stay positive and use spiritual tools to raise their vibration. In this video blog, I guide you in channeling two primary infinite energies along your spine and through each of your chakras.
When you channel energy as a lightworker, you serve the greater good, AND you benefit directly too.
When you run these two energies along your spine:
- Each of your chakras receives healing, balancing and education
- These energies heal and calm down your nervous system.
- Because your chakras align with every physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspect of your life, your whole life benefits!
Because these energies have divine intelligence, you don’t have to worry about whether you’re doing this meditation “right.”

Use the Universe to Get Lifted Up – Balance the Earth energy by connecting a “consciousness cord” from your crown chakra at the top of your head to to the central heart of the Universe.

Video Transcript:
Imagine that you can draw up the Earth energy from your first chakra along your spine and into your 2nd, 3rd chakras. Then into your 4th heart chakra, through your throat, and through the center of your head (which includes your third eye). Then keep going all the way out through your crown chakra right alongside your consciousness cord and connect the Earth energy into the center of the Universe. Now you’ve got one half of your lightworker wiring in place!
Now draw that divinely delightful Universal energy down alongside the Earth energy all the way back across space and through the sky and then down into your crown chakra in the top of your head. Begin flowing the Universal energy through your crown chakra and down into your 6th chakra giving your mind a beautiful blessing. Keep flowing the Universal energy down through each chakra alongside the Earth energy and down your spine. When you get to your root (1st) chakra, the Universal energy will automatically flow all the way down to the center of the Earth.
